FanChat is a BYOA (Bring Your Own API) platform. Users use their own API keys from third-party providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Mistral, Groq, DeepSeek). FanChat does not charge any surcharge on consumed tokens.

By using the platform, you accept the terms of use of the providers you have configured. Each LLM call is billed directly by the provider to your own account.

Access to certain features requires creating an account (via Google OAuth) and configuring at least one valid API key. Two free responses are offered upon registration via the FanChat Platform LLM.

All data you create on FanChat (characters, conversations, API keys, account) can be deleted at any time via your dashboard or by simple email request.

Your conversations are never reused by FanChat to train models, perform analysis, or any other use outside of displaying them in your personal interface.

If you delete your account, all your data (profile, characters, conversations, API keys, favorites) is permanently erased.

Content generated by LLMs via FanChat is subject to the terms of use of the relevant provider. FanChat claims no intellectual property rights over generated content.

Characters created (prompts, descriptions, settings) belong to their creators. By making them public, you grant a non-exclusive license to the FanChat community to use them on the platform.

FanChat does not control responses generated by language models. The quality, accuracy, and relevance of the content depend on the provider and model chosen by the user.

FanChat cannot be held responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated content. LLM responses do not constitute medical, legal, financial, or professional advice.

The user is solely responsible for their use of the platform and the content they generate.

Being in beta, the service may contain bugs or interruptions. No SLA is guaranteed.
