FanChat runs on credits. Every account receives a monthly allowance of 250 credits covering chat, image generation and character creation. No API key and no subscription are required. The cost of each action is published on the credits page.

By using the platform you agree to use it fairly and within your credit balance. On the 1st of each month your balance is topped back up to the monthly allowance; a balance already above it, from a bonus or a refund, is left untouched.

Access to certain features requires creating an account (via Google OAuth). New accounts receive the monthly credit allowance immediately.

All data you create on FanChat (characters, conversations, account) can be deleted at any time via your dashboard or by simple email request.

Your conversations are never reused by FanChat to train models, perform analysis, or any other use outside of displaying them in your personal interface.

If you delete your account, all your data (profile, characters, conversations, favorites) is permanently erased.

Content generated by the AI via FanChat is provided as-is. FanChat claims no intellectual property rights over generated content.

Characters created (prompts, descriptions, settings) belong to their creators. By making them public, you grant a non-exclusive license to the FanChat community to use them on the platform.

FanChat does not control responses generated by language models. The quality, accuracy, and relevance of the content depend on the underlying AI model.

FanChat cannot be held responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated content. LLM responses do not constitute medical, legal, financial, or professional advice.

The user is solely responsible for their use of the platform and the content they generate.

Being in beta, the service may contain bugs or interruptions. No SLA is guaranteed.

• xAttempting to bypass security measures
• xUsing the platform to collect personal data from third parties without consent

These legal notices are governed by French law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent jurisdiction.
